Does love billie offer returns and refunds?

Yes, we sure do. If you have made a purchase with us, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. However, due to health and hygiene policies surrounding the nature of certain products, not all products are eligible for return or refunds.

How long will my delivery from billie take?

We endeavour to ship all deliveries within 1-3 business days of purchase. However, these times may vary due to weekends and public holidays.

What are the shipping costs for my purchase?

The shipping costs for your purchase will depend on the weight of your goods and how far it is travelling. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Free Standard Shipping is available Australia-wide for orders $50 or more.

love billie is an online store, and as such we don’t have a brick + mortar store (at this stage!)

We decided to go online for a few different reasons, including:
